This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on the Fanyora official website. It explains our terms for returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged goods, and order cancellations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policy below.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds for most ergonomic products including monitor arms, laptop stands, desk organizers, and ergonomic chairs under the following conditions:
  • Return requests must be submitted within30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in their original factory packaging.
  • All original accessories, screws, manuals, and parts must be included in the return package.
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of assembly, wear, stains, missing parts, or improper customer handling.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a broken, scratched, missing parts, or factory-defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
For verified defective orders, we offer the following solutions at no extra cost:
  • Free replacement parts
  • Full product replacement
  • Full or partial refund
Damages caused by incorrect installation, personal modification, or daily wear and tear are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund.
Once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You will need to wait for delivery and submit a return request according to our return rules.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer’s remorse returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective / wrong item returns: We cover return shipping or provide replacement items free of charge.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. Untracked lost packages cannot be processed for refunds.

5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item:
  • We will confirm and approve your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Please allow5–10 business days for your bank or payment platform to process the funds to your account.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

The following cases are not eligible for returns or refunds:
  • Return request submitted after 30-day return window
  • Products assembled, used, modified, or damaged by customer
  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or parts
  • Discounted clearance items (final sale)
  • Damage caused by improper installation, overloading, or personal misuse

7. Warranty Policy

Fanyora provides a 12-month limited warranty for all ergonomic desk accessories and chair products. We offer free part replacement for quality issues under normal use conditions within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover human damage, accidental drop, overload, or commercial intensive usage.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on this page. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised policy.
